Julian brings extensive senior leadership experience and a strong track record of success in the areas of strategy and business planning, business improvement, change management and project management with significant offshore experience in utilities.
Julian works with executive teams to design, plan and execute strategy to drive business growth, improve performance and manage risk. Julian works with clients to conduct strategic
analysis, setting of corporate KPIs, business planning and delivery of strategic communications.
Julian assists clients to deliver operational and business improvements through the application of strategic transformation across people, process and digital solutions elements.
Julian has a Bachelor of Engineering (civil engineering); has a Diploma of Project Management and is recognised as an Accredited Change Management Practitioner by Prosci.
Julian has worked with Scitech, BGC Contracting, Water Corporation, Downer (Infrastructure), Western Power, ALS Industrial, Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions and others.
